- A copy of the first page of your federal income tax returns for the 2 most recent years
- Most recent paystubs - 4 weeks
- Most recent 2 months bank statements for savings & checking accounts, all pages
- Most recent monthly or quarterly statement to verify additional assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRA's, 401K's), all pages
- If self-employed, most recent two years' federal tax returns
- A fully signed Purchase & Sales Agreement (as soon as available)
- A copy of your recent real estate tax bill, and the premium page of your Homeowners Insurance Policy
- A copy of your most recent 1st & 2nd mortgage (if applicable) monthly statement or coupon
- A picture ID (drivers license or passport) for each borrower
